I’m a AFAA CPT, AFAA certified fitness instructor and Spinning instructor. I have spent the last 15 years in the fitness industry with a passion to help people reach a fitness goal they thought was unattainable. Over this time, I’ve been so privileged to be a part of the fitness journey of my clients and continue to be so amazed and proud of how many of my clients have found that they can remove the word “can’t” from their vocabulary and achieve amazing results. I work with and help first time fitness novices as well as accomplished athletes working to take their fitness ambitions and goals to a higher level. Regardless of your entry level or contraindications, I can design a workout customized to your fitness needs in a safe and effective program , designed just for you.
I believe in human connection and the power of relationships and carry this conviction into every experience with every client.. To do this, I want to share a little about who I am as a person with you. I’m married to the love of my life, celebrating 30 years of marriage in 2021. We are blessed with two grown sons that we couldn’t be more proud of. We were also blessed to relocate back to Texas 6 years ago after 15 moves cross country and are proud to call the Lone Star State home! I’m a bit of an adventure junkie in my spare time. When I’m not with clients, I’m usually 90 feet below sea level, scuba diving with sharks or riding motorcycles on the back of my husband’s Harley, touring the countryside. I’ve mountain biked, bungee jumped, sky dived, shot guns and continued to run ultra trail races, since running is another wonderful passion of mine. My motto has always been to “live everyday of my life” and I hope to share and encourage as many people as I can, to embrace this special gift we’ve been given for as long as we can.

Morgan began practicing yoga in 2008 as a form of self-care. She received her 200-Hour RYT certification in 2012-2013, and has since then taught at various fitness, wellness, and yoga studios around the greater San Antonio and New Braunfels areas. Morgan is skilled in teaching hatha, vinyasa, power, restorative, gentle, yin, slow flow, yoga nidra and others.
She has experience working with athletes focused on both strength and marathon conditioning. She has assisted practitioners using yoga for weight loss, flexibility, peacefulness, and advancing their practice. She has a method that compliments many body types, skill levels, and interest variations. She strives to integrate yoga, meditation, and an ayurvedic lifestyle into her daily practice. She is currently in pursuit of her 500-hr RYT certification through Unbound Collective.
In addition to her passion for sharing yoga with others, Morgan holds a Bachelors of Arts in English and a Masters of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communication. She advocates for non-profits supporting education, children, and wellness. Beyond all else, she is a devoted wife and mother to two children and two fur babies.
I am passionate about wellness! I love to see my clients achieving their goals, feeling great about themselves, and boosting their confidence. I provide a positive and energetic session. I understand that every client and their needs are unique, which is why each session is planned around the needs of the client. Together we work on pushing through barriers and getting results.
Kari is a hillcountry native, born and raised in the area. Her passion for health and fitness began when she started her own personal fitness journey working closely with another trainer. Gaining new respect and a wealth of knowledge for the industry, Kari began to work one-on-one in assisting others close to her in developing and advancing their exercise program. Recently, she wanted to expand on her passion, and added Certified Group Fitness Instructor to her resume. Kari is excited to continue to share her knowledge, experience and passion for exercise in hopes of inspiring others.

Mark Saroni is an accomplished endurance athlete and the founder and Head Coach of Paragon Training. Saroni has been involved in triathlon since 2003 and has been coaching fellow athletes toward their goals for nearly as long. Saroni's unique coaching style and knowledge is built on his educational background, as well as years of experience racing in the endurance world. He attended The University of Texas at Tyler where he graduated with a Bachelors's and Master's degree in Kinesiology, while also competing as a Division III Track and Cross Country athlete. After college, he moved to San Antonio to train and race as a professional triathlete. He began full-time coaching at the same time and soon realized that his greater passion was in taking the knowledge he'd gained on the race course and in the classroom to assist others in achieving their goals. He "retired" from a subpar professional career to dedicate his time and energy to developing athletes. Whether it's one-on-one coaching, group workouts, consulting, or through pre-built training plans, it is Saroni's mission to provide resources for endurance athletes that help them in their own pursuit of excellence.
