Small Group Training
Fitness class for a group of 10.
In this class, we will move through asanas (postures) with an emphasis on matching breath to our movement. The asanas will help you to strengthen, find balance and promote flexibility. You do not need to be flexible to practice! We will also integrate breathing techniques and meditation into the class. All levels are welcome.
